For the Lord has called you…” — from Isaiah 54:2–6 When God begins something new, He often calls us to stretch beyond comfort , beyond the familiar, and beyond what seems possible. This Scripture has been a quiet, steady companion as we've prayed, walked the streets of Rapid City, and dreamed about what ministry could look like in this small Northern Michigan town. We've sensed this call to "enlarge the tent," not to build something flashy or fast, but something deep, rooted, and responsive to the needs of this community. North Light Ministry began with the simple desire to be present, to listen, and to offer meaningful connection in a community that matters deeply to God.
